Where practical, we collect personal information directly from you. This may occur when you complete a patient form, book or attend an appointment, contact us, use our website, communicate with our team or receive dental treatment.

Online appointments are facilitated by corepractice.is. Information entered into the booking service is handled both by Mayfair Dental Care and by that provider in accordance with the provider’s own privacy terms. Please review those terms before submitting information through the booking service.
Our website may link to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites.
8. Storage and security
We may hold information in electronic systems, paper records, diagnostic images and secure storage or backup services. We take reasonable administrative, physical and technical steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. These measures may include access controls, staff confidentiality obligations, secure systems, backups, monitoring and the secure disposal or de-identification of information when it is no longer required and may lawfully be destroyed.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If an eligible data breach occurs, we will assess and respond to it in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme and other applicable requirements.
